I’ve been a fractional operator for roughly 10 to 12 years. Our company’s been, in business for about 15. That’s Five Towers Media. And we’ve been doing fractional outsource marketing for about the last, I think, 12 years. So, real quick, I don’t want to take up a lot of your time, but I think it’s important, to at least somewhere in our episode log to have just a quick note, an introduction to the show about what we’re going to be talking about.

I’m not going to get into a big, long resume about, who I am and my path to this place in time. However, you know, the show is here because fractional, outsourced, teams, services, solopreneurs is really, really blowing up over the last few years. And one of the things that we do in our company and in other arenas, both in the podcast front content creation, as we really look to give small business owners tools to help them grow their business, scale their business problem solve, stay ahead of the market, see what’s happening, what’s new, what are other people doing?

And we don’t always have a, nonthreatening place where people can come and share that information, right? So we’re all kind of in our own little bubble a lot of the time as far as being fractional operators. So the objective of our show is to help bridge that gap. We’re going to be bringing on other fractional operators. It’s not going to be a monologue.

It’s not going to be the Mike Nelson show. It’s going to be you getting information from other people that are either doing similar things, what you’re doing, or maybe their CTO and your CEO, or maybe their, CFO. And we’re going to be talking about the software they’re using. The processes are implementing the problems they’re seeing. The things are overcoming, really excited about being able to do this type of knowledge, share with the fractional community, because that’s really what we are.

We’re growing, you know, you can look up the numbers as far as the increase in fractional businesses, fractional operators over the course of the last five years, and the numbers are huge and growing. So there’s a lot of us and, you know, we want to give unwavering support to those people and help them grow, help them scale or if they’re not looking to scale.

And it’s a lifestyle business looking to help them be more efficient, be able to get more done by working less, you know, is, the goal or the dream for some of us. So that’s what this show is going to be about. That’s what the episode you’re going to hear. You’re going to hear other people that are just like you, just like me, how they’re doing it, what they’re doing.
